According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.0691990, minors under 18 years of age cannot checkhotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to checkthe hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of hisher parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by hisher parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

PET POLICY.

We have the following policies for receiving your pet friend:

Each apartment holds only 1 pet (dog or cat);

The four-legged friends must be medium-sized (up to 60cm in height and a maximum of 25 kg);

The pets guardian must present an updated vaccination card;

The pets stay is restricted to the apartments. When you need to move your pet through the elevators and social areas of the hotel, keep it on a leash or use special boxes or bags for transportation;

The owner is entirely responsible for cleaning up any waste;

In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, the owner will be charged a fee for the maintenance of the damaged furniture;

The person responsible for the pet must fill out a liability waiver at check-in.
