If it is not possible to present the credit card, the total amount of the reservation will be charged again on the guests own credit card or another form of payment, such as debit card, cash or PIX. In this case, the amount charged to the credit card during the booking will be refunded.

Operation of the pool area and rooftop on December 31, 2025:
• The pool will be closed at 12:00 PM on December 31, 2025, and will reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1, 2026.
• Due to the preparation and celebration of the New Year’s Eve party, the rooftop will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
• On New Year’s Eve, access to the rooftop will be exclusive to guestsclients with a party ticket and identification wristband.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
