To access the building and the apartment, you will have to download our app to get an access password that works directly from your cell phone. You can also hire cleaning, maintenance and change of trousseau services.

We are in a privileged location in the Cidade Baixa neighborhood, known as the bohemian neighborhood of the city, full of excellent bars and restaurants. Next to the building are supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, malls and universities. In addition, we also have some of the main tourist attractions of the city, they are: Orla do Guaíba, Historic Center, Farroupilha Park, Beira-Rio Stadium, Porto Cervejeiro District and many museums.
