Prive Thermas Hotel by WAM Experience - Caldas Novas

The Prive Thermas Hotel combines tradition and modernity, with comfortable rooms, close to swimming pools, in the midst of greenery, in addition to a large leisure complex that has adult and childrens pools with thermal and cold waters, childrens water slides, dry playgroud, restaurant and wet bar. Guests of Prive Thermas Hotel have access to the 03 water parks in the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube.

- Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed on Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance
- Privé Club: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed Monday to Wednesday for maintenance
- Water Park: from 10am to 5pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance.

All rooms have air conditioning, TV, minibar, free WiFi and private bathroom.

Hotel Thermas Prive is a 13-minute walk from the center of Caldas Novas and a 31-minute walk from the bus station. Shopping Tropical is a 3-minute walk away.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

- Guests of Prive Thermas Hotel have access to the 03 water parks in the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube (except on days that are closed for maintenance: Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance Clube Privé: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed from Monday to Wednesday for maintenance Water Park: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance).

- Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.

- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

- Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodation of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.

- Meals may be taken at another hotel in the chain, without prior notice, due to causes beyond our control.

- No refunds in case of early check-out.

- Unit cleaning is not being performed during the stay due to Covid.

- Due to Covid, the Saunas, gyms, playrooms and games room are working, but it is necessary to check with the reception the need to schedule for use (consult reception)
